Motorbikes

The Rocket 3 R and GT models are characterized by refined finishes and brushed details. The hydroformed manifolds are connotative, as are the fins machined on the crankcases, the head and cam cover, the aluminum Monza tank cap, the 18 liters sculpted with brushed steel belt, the aluminum oil cap, the aluminum air-box cover, the heel guards, the foldable footrests with retractable design and the exhaust end caps.
The headlights are full LED, the instrumentation is visible on a TFT prepared for the My Triumph Connectivity platform and there are various technological solutions such as: keyless starting and steering lock, Hill hold control, cruise control, optimized Cornering ABS and traction control, therefore also four riding modes opting between Road, Rain , Sport e Rider.

The Triumph Rocket 3 range features a new aluminum frame with a weight-saving design, resulting in a notable torque-to-weight ratio that is more than 25% higher than the competition. The bikes also feature 47mm Showa forks adjustable in rebound and compression and Showa rear suspension fully adjustable in rebound, compression and preload and with separate tank. The braking system includes high-performance Brembo Stylema® calipers, as reported.
The models are equipped with a 2.500 cc (2.458 cc) three-cylinder in-line engine. Also highlighted on a technical level are a torque-assisted clutch that allows you to drive for long journeys without using the lever and a six-speed helical gearbox designed to offer greater fluidity.
The power reaches the threshold of 167 horses at 6.000 rpm and the peak torque is notable as mentioned: 221 Nm at 4.000 rpm. The sprint from 0 to 60 miles/h is completed in just 2,73 seconds.

A special dress

The Triumph Rocket 3 R 221 and Rocket 3 GT 221 wear a new color Red Hoppers, which covers the tank and front mudguard. The front fender supports are color matched Sapphire Black, as well as headlight covers, side panels, flyscreens, side panels and tail. Graphics are visible on the tank which summarize the data and performances connected to the engine and a "221" graphic stands out on the side panels of the tank.

Availability

Proposed for one year only, like the other Triumph special editions just presented, the examples are expected in dealerships since February 2022. For Rocket 3 R 221 we report 24.300 euros fc; for Rocket 3 GT 221 25.100 euros fc
