In the video proposed by Official Triumph Motorcycles, thanks “The Dick Shepherd Triumph Collection” after this interesting new one Triumph Factory Visitor Experience, offering an overview of the different generations of Daytona. A journey backwards from the most recent limited series to the original model, whose name recalls the success of Buddy Elmore to the Daytona 200 of the 1966.
The new Daytona Moto2™ 765 Limited Edition features a three-cylinder engine 765 cc. A Moto2™ derivation unit that can generate 130 horses a 12.250 rpm and a pair of 80 Nm a 9.750 rpm. This is the most powerful engine of this type made by the manufacturer, according to the specifications. The transmission is electronic Triumph Shift Assist and there are five riding modes, including Track. The bike includes a titanium Arrow exhaust.
Among other highlights, the frame and swingarm are both anodized and a matching carbon fiber fairing. An example in a single-seater configuration and set-up designed to support high performance, combined with a lighter weight than the previous generation Daytona. Also mentioned are Öhlins racing suspensions, a Brembo Stylema® braking system and Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP tyres. Also featured is a Union Jack tint with Moto2™ branding, a TFT color instrument cluster, a machined aluminum triple clamp and laser engraving of the production number.
