As every year, one of the most anticipated events in the custom world returns: Thunderclap. Come to his fifteenth edition, over time the fair has established itself as one of the reference models in the motorbike panorama. LThe 2017 edition will have the Brescia Fair as its stage and will take place on the usual two days in early autumn, Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th October.

Over 200 exhibitors, mostly Italian, will offer products and services related to two wheels. It will therefore be possible to find among the stands of the event, motorcycle tuners, spare parts, clothing and accessories, handcrafted products, services, memorabilia from all over the country. For the public, a shopping opportunity dedicated to their passion and for operators and workshops, a moment of direct discussion with customers and the market. But Rombo di Tuono is also contests and live performances.

One of the most prestigious events of the two days in Brescia is the Italian Custom Manufacturers Championship – KICK 2017, with the collaboration of the Italian Customizer Federation and American supervision IMBBA (International Master Bike Builders Association) which counts among its members the likes of Arlen Ness, Paul Yaffe, Dave Perewitz e Fred Kodlin.
The vehicles will be evaluated by the international judges of the IMBBA according to aesthetic, technical and design standards but even before that, by the fact that they must be perfectly functioning vehicles, therefore faithful to the "feel and sound" principle.

Reserved for the fairer sex, it will be the Pimp My Bike organized by Genny Ongaro. This year the challenge presents something new: it will be accessible to all ladies who own a standard motorbike or one modified in small details and they will compete in skill tests. Various prizes are up for grabs including jewellery, an airbrush, a photo shoot and a tattoo.

Rombo di Tuono will bring back the expected event Kustom Art in the Garage #5, a contest reserved for selected artists who will perform live with pin striper brushes and airbrushes and will be voted directly by the public present.

Among the novelties of this edition of the Brescia event, the chance to preview and try the 2018 Harley-Davidson range, presented a few days ago in the United States, in Los Angeles.

Rombo di Tuono is open on Saturday from 9am to 20pm and on Sunday from 9am to 19pm. The daily entrance ticket costs 10 euros; two days 15 euros (free up to 13 years old).
