The appointment with Gargano Adventure Forest and Sea is back

The spring appointment is renewed with Gargano Adventure Forest and Sea, the adventouring event organized by Motoclub Trajectories which will bring a group of passionate and adventurous motorcyclists riding classic and modern maxi-enduro motorbikes, to discover one of the most evocative areas of our peninsula, in a period of the year in which nature expresses the best of colors and scents . The event will be held from Saturday 28th to Monday 30th April.

A guided tour in two stages that develops on two spectacular tracks, sport and touring, to be chosen based on the level of riding preparation. A total route of approximately 250 km to be covered on natural paths, to discover a heterogeneous territory that winds from the lush Umbra Forest to the golden beaches of the coast. Green lung of Gargano National Park and protected area established in 1995, the Umbra Forest it is still an uncontaminated, wild and beautiful area: the dense and centuries-old vegetation characterizes the surface and protects the local fauna, in the shade of Aleppo pines and oaks. Vieste, Peschici, Vico del Gargano, Ischitella and Mattinata, lively tourist centers and highly popular seaside destinations on the spur of Italy, are true jewels of the coast. Along the motorbike route, travelers will be able to taste the typical specialties of Apulian cuisine, savoring the culture and traditions of this fascinating area, admiring the singular beauty of locations perfectly inserted in a unique and exclusive panorama. The 2018 edition of Gargano Adventure Foresta e Mare will take participants to the Pizzomunno sea stack, to the coast of Portonuovo (Gattarella) to Spiaggia Lunga and to the coastal areas of Molinella and Scoglio Paradiso. The three-day program will open on Friday 28 April with the registration check and the mandatory briefing in Vieste. The first stage on Saturday 29 April with the Forest Tour of 160 km, will take participants to discover the Umbra Forest, with refreshments based on typical products. The second stage of 90 km, Sea Tour, we will travel along the coast on Monday 30 April to discover breathtaking views and refreshment points, to savor, once again, the best of Gargano cuisine. Gargano Adventure Forest and Sea is not a competition, but an adventure trip on two wheels to discover the territory, history, culture and traditions of the Gargano, in full respect of the philosophy IMF, which regulates the conduct of adventouring events.
