TIER: proposals for the 1000 e-bike sharing service in Milan

How to use the service

To activate, you need to use the QR code integrated into the vehicle or via app. You can rent a bicycle in places around the city within the operational area which ranges from the center to the suburbs. The rental cost is equal to that of scooters which, in addition to the 1 euro fee for activation, amounts to 19 cents per minute. Payment can be made via Paypal or credit card. Packages and subscriptions are also available which allow you to save on the cost of activation or use of the service at an advantageous price. Once the ride is over, you can park the bicycle within the operational area indicated via the map in the app, as mentioned.

The multimodal proposal of TIER it also provides electric scooters in the Lombardy capital, in order to have an alternative for getting around the city. Assisted pedaling up to 25 km/h allows easy and quick movements. The bike sharing service is also available in other European countries, in France, Germany, Great Britain, Norway, Holland, Sweden and Switzerland.
