Suzuki: a new triumphant season in the 2021 EWC World Endurance Championship [PHOTO]

Suzuki stands out in EWC World Endurance Championship 2021, for the brand it is the twentieth title in the duration series. A triumph that came with third place in the official Yoshimura SERT Motul team, in the final round of the world championship season at 6 Hours of Most of last October 9, in the Czech Republic. The drivers Gregg Black, Xavier Simeon and Sylvain Guintoli, after victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the Bol d'Or, managed the race and gained useful points for the 2021 title.

A profound sporting and technical experience

The technicians of the Hamamatsu company draw from the knowledge gained in MotoGP and the Endurance series important notions to apply in the development of motorbikes and scooters. Among the important aspects, particularly in endurance races, the concepts of reliability and consistency are highlighted. They represent equally important factors in two-wheeled production, in light of a functional technological transfer.
In every model, ranging from the scooter Suzuki Burgman 400 to the powerful Hayabusa, as well as in the most recent one GSX-S1000GT, Suzuki's technical experience emerges. Notions that are rediscovered by observing the aerodynamics of its production features and the adoption of technological solutions to support the motorcyclist.
The brand's new Grand Turismo is also related from a technical point of view to the GSX-R family, however keeping in mind a chassis optimized for traveling and observing for example the threading of the engine studs for greater resistance, as mentioned.

Another important milestone

As mentioned, the new success inEndurance World Championship 2021 represents the twentieth world title for Suzuki in endurance racing and the seventeenth obtained with a specimen GSX-R1000. The potential of Hamamatsu's advanced sports car was also confirmed by the second place of the No Limits Motor Team in the World Championship in the Superstock category, regarding vehicles derived strictly from the series, as reported.
