Suzuki V-Strom Tour 2020: new stages over the weekend in four regions of Northern Italy

Continues V-Strom Tour 2020. New possible test rides, riding the new one Suzuki V-Strom 1050XT, are scheduled for the weekend in four locations in as many northern regions.

The specialised farming model

The new Sports Enduro Tourer from the Japanese brand features a distinctive design and interesting aspects such as a double-spar aluminum frame, adjustable suspension, spoked rims, hand guards, engine guard tubes and aluminum crankcase guards. A versatile example also considering the aluminum handlebars with variable section, the height-adjustable saddle and footrests with removable rubber covering.
Also highlighted are various technological systems, considering a Suzuki Drive Mode Selector with three different delivery options, cruise control, integrated management of the Suzuki Intelligent Ride System, traction control adjustable on three levels and deactivated on the XT model, therefore the assistance for uphill starts #PartiFacile and the #FrenaInPIega and #FrenaSicuro systems. The Euro 5 twin-cylinder engine develops a thrust of just over 107 horsepower.

How to participate, directions and safety

Registration is possible via the site www.suzukitour.it, by registering online you can choose the date and location where you want to test the specimen. On the portal you indicate the precise address of the place of departure, also checking the availability of the vehicle in the time slots scheduled for the exits, approximately in the morning 10 pm: 00 13 to: 00 and in the afternoon by 14: 00 19 to: 00, as reported.
It is not possible to carry a passenger on the bike and it is necessary to use your own helmet and technical clothing. Changes or cancellations may occur based on weather conditions or other reasons, please note.
Safety remains a priority. The tests are carried out on routes open to traffic, following an organization trailblazer. Each shift starts with a briefing of about ten minutes dedicated to road behavior and the bike's systems. The test lasts about half an hour and allows you to evaluate the road characteristics of the vehicle.
The organization is committed to promoting safety conditions at every event, right up to the return of the vehicles. Ensuring that there are no cases of fever and gatherings, thanks to respect for distancing at every stage of the appointment, with the use of protective devices. A hand disinfectant solution was also reported. After the tests, the vehicles are clean and sanitized, as are the equipment and furnishings.

New appointments

Next Saturday, July 11 2020, a structure is present at the Nuova Raschiani dealership, in via Emilia Est 37 in San Nicolò a Trebbia, in the province of Piacenza; instead a second from Battistutta Motors, in via Aquileia 11 in Villesse, in the province of Gorizia. So Sunday 12 July the structures are parked at Moto Zampieri, in via Serravalle 30 R/8-9 in Gavi, in the province of Alessandria and at Motospazio, in via Terraglio 270, Favorita area in Mestre, in the province of Venice.
Other appointments are scheduled for the remaining two weekends of July, while the activity is suspended in August, resuming in September to complete the route.
