The second official meeting featuring the Sports Enduro Touring Suzuki is scheduled for Sunday 3 July a Borgonovo Val Tidone (PC). In view of the event, many people have already signed up and there are only a few places left, considering that the maximum number of places is allowed 80 bikes.

Registrations and costs

It is possible to participate in the second edition of V-Strom Day 2022 by registering online via the website linked to the initiative. The participation fee is 80,00 euros for the pilot and 40,00 euros for any passenger.
The cost includes:

– Light lunch
– N° 3 refreshments
– Participation kit with t-shirt and gadgets
– Guided tour of the Rocca d'Olgisio
– Dedicated guide for each group
- Injury insurance

The gathering

Borgonovo Val Tidone, in the province of Piacenza, is a town characterized by hills known for their wine production. It can be reached in a day from the main cities of Northern Italy, being approximately 80 km from Milan, 140 km from Genoa and 170 km from Bologna, Turin and Verona.
It also appears a short distance from Luzzano Castle, in Rovescala (PV), which has long been home to the V-Strom Academy. For those already present in the area on Saturday 2 July, an early check-in desk will be available at the castle.
Participation can take place riding any example of Suzuki V-Strom, all the Sport Enduro Tourers of the brand are admitted, ranging from the first V-Power 1000 of the 2002 to the current V-Strom 1050 XT Pro, also taking into account exemplars V-Power 250 e V-Power 650.

The route is characterized by simple dirt sections that do not require particular experience in off-road driving, as indicated. You can also bring a passenger with you. However, all participants must wear appropriate technical clothing.
Some expert guides lead the way to the caravan divided into small groups, each entrusted to a member of the Suzuki staff. The motorcyclists are also accompanied by instructors from the V-Strom Academy.
The route is approximately 130 km with asphalt and dirt roads, along stretches between Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy. During lunch and stops there will also be a tasting of local specialties. Also scheduled for the day is a visit to Rocca d'Olgisio, an ancient fortress that has become a national monument.
