How to take part in the event and costs

Suzuki Italia has established a maximum number of 80 customer motorbikes, last year in the event scheduled in the Piedmont Olympic Alps, the available places ran out quickly.
It is possible to take part in the event with any V-Strom example, regardless of the year of production, engine capacity or specification. They range from the first Suzuki V-Strom 1000 from 2002 to the latest Suzuki V-Strom 1050 XT Pro. The commitment does not include the provision of knobby tyres, the characteristics of the route also allow you to bring a passenger with you to share the ride. 'experience. In any case, participants must wear appropriate technical clothing.
The participation fee for the pilot is 80 euros and 40 euros for a possible passenger.

The event

Pm 08:00 pm 09:30 the meeting and check-in phase of the participants are scheduled at the Rocca di Borgonovo Val Tidone square, followed by a briefing on the day's program. The event will end at 17:30.
Participants already present in the area on Saturday 2 July can register in advance, at the Luzzano Castle, in Rovescala (PV), less than 10 km from Borgonovo Val Tidone, as indicated.
V-Strom Day allows you to spend a day among motorbike and exploration enthusiasts. An interesting part of the program is a guided tour, of approximately 130 km on asphalt and dirt sections, along suggestive scenery among the hills between Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy. A route that allows you to savor the qualities of the different Sports Enduro Tourers and can be tackled by anyone, even those who do not have in-depth experience of off-road driving, according to the indications. After the itinerary there will be a stop for a guided tour of the Rocca d'Olgisio, an ancient fortress in the Piacenza area which has become a national monument.
Some guides act as trailblazers for motorcyclists divided into small groups entrusted to Suzuki staff members. Also present were the V-Strom Academy instructors riding V-Strom 650 XT and V-Strom 1050 XT models.
