The saddle and windshield are adjustable in height, meeting the needs of different enthusiasts. It features gods alloy wheels, the previous one results from 19 inches and the other from 17 inches.
La Suzuki V Strom 1050DE it is distinguishable not only by looking at the compact, smoked windshield and the specific graphics (in addition to the aforementioned colours), but also by looking at the spoked wheels with semi-knobby tyres. The front one is from 21 inches.
This model appears slimmer, considering long-travel suspension and a seat placed at 880 millimeters tall. The chassis is redefined for possible off-road use with an increase in the inclination of the steering head and the length of the wheelbase and the swingarm, also stiffened. There are wider handlebars and larger footrests, furthermore the standard equipment includes crash bars, a reinforced chain and an aluminum sump guard protection.
To support the rider on low-grip surfaces, on this example it is possible to deactivate the ABS on the rear wheel and a new G mode (Gravel) for traction control with controlled sliding in progression.
There is also a catalog of original accessories with various solutions for customizing the models.

Technical and technological aspects

The aluminum double-spar frame is strengthened in the seat post area and supports the latest evolution of the V-twin engine. The power is greater than 107 horsepower.
The motorcycles are equipped with a high-level technical package with includes a new 5-inch color TFT LCD instrument cluster and the package SIRS. It is the Suzuki Intelligent Ride System which manages various devices, also exploiting the information captured by a three-axis Bosch inertial platform.
The “Cambiarapido” (Bi-directional Quick Shift System) system is introduced which allows you to change gears without using the clutch. Among the systems we also mention “Frenainplica” – Motion Track Brake System, Hill Hold Control System, Slope Dependent Control System, Load Dependent Control System; as well as “Partifacile” – Low RPM Assist and Suzuki Easy Start System.
Through a "Scegliiltiro" system (Suzuki Drive Mode Selector - SDMS) the rider can decide the maps and select three different delivery curves, which vary the response of the propulsive heart to the ride-by-wire accelerator. It is also possible to manage the "Aprisereno" system (Suzuki Traction Control System) on three levels, which are four in the case of the V-Strom 1050DE example, remembering the G function, with the possibility of deactivating it or giving space to the cruise control for management of the gait.
