Suzuki present at MIMO 2023, among the protagonists also the new V-Strom 800DE

At the event MIMO, scheduled from 16 to 18 June 2023 in the scenario ofMonza National Autodrome, among the present realities is also expected Suzuki. A corporate participation that includes the Auto, Motorcycle and Marine divisions to underline the commitment on various fronts of mobility and ethics in the world of Italian sport. The Japanese brand has long collaborated with various Federations, supports them in sports seasons and supports them during events. The new street fighter will also be on display at the stand GSX-8S and the sports enduro tourer V-strom 800DE.

Participation

On this occasion, interesting moments with various protagonists are highlighted four- and two-wheeled Suzuki models. Speaking only of motorbikes, for example, already on Friday 16 June at 12:00 the powerful Suzuki Hayabusa will be on the asphalt of the racetrack. A sports motorcycle whose name is evocative and is characterized by an aerodynamic design. A model capable of expressing high performance, considering a power of 190 horsepower.

Then, at the stand inside the Paddock1 area, some Suzuki examples are on display, representing the varied production. As mentioned, among these also the street fighter GSX-8S recognizable by its refined, compact and distinctive style and the sport enduro Tourer V-strom 800DE, which partly share the same platform. The engine is a 776cc parallel twin with 270° crank mechanism and a patented Suzuki Cross Balancer system to attenuate vibrations. The couple always remains 78 Nm, while the peak power varies, respectively by 83 horses for GSX-8S and of 84,3 horses for V-Strom 800DE. The latter is also the protagonist in the planned testing activities, but only if visitors already have a valid license to drive the motorbike and are equipped with adequate technical clothing.
Testing of Suzuki models is possible on the opening days of the event from 9:00 to 19:00, by registering at the Suzuki stand. The tests are planned on a dedicated 4 km route.
