It is possible to access a dedicated form and, having filled in the fields, send a request for an appointment to the chosen assistance point, waiting for a response within the following 24 hours in the manner indicated by the customer, for example through a phone call or a message.

Speaking of maintenance, the program is also worth mentioning Suzuki Smile, a maintenance package that can be purchased within 2 months of registration or within the first 1.000 km service.
Suzuki Smile includes the first four coupons required by the Manufacturer and covers the costs of labour, environmental taxes, spare parts, fluids and operations indicated in the Use and Maintenance Manual, considering the years of the vehicle or the mileage done.
Suzuki Smile also offers two free checks, which can be requested at will during the package activation period, however any other operations will have to be paid separately.
Two other aspects are worth mentioning:
1) Those who sign up for the package can benefit from a 20% discount on accessories and original spare parts, as well as on Suzuki branded clothing (in this case with a spending limit of 600 Euros);
2) In the event of early sale of the motorbike or scooter, the right to carry out unused coupons can be transferred to the new owner.

Furthermore, coverage is mentioned Suzuki Smile Roadside Assistance provided by the manufacturer on all motorcycles registered less than 36 months ago.
The service is active 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, in Italy and Europe.
By downloading the MySuzuki App or accessing the MySuzuki reserved area, you can communicate the position of the vehicle and the type of fault to the Allianz-Global Assistance operations centre, which will report the estimated time of arrival of the vehicle as quickly as possible. tow truck.

Returning to the functions implemented on the official website, as reported, now via the Maintenance menu you can have a quote customized for all periodic maintenance interventions, to be carried out at the official Suzuki network.
It is possible to calculate the expense by entering the license plate or chassis numbers of the vehicle, alternatively specifying the model and version of the motorbike or scooter, then the service to be carried out and the Authorized Center where the maintenance will be carried out. At the end of the described process, the estimate with the requested amount will appear on the screen.
Together with the overall figure, VAT included, the estimate presents in detail the price of the necessary spare parts, the cost of labor with the relative hourly quantity, the cost for lubricants with the indication of the liters used and the list of the various operations scheduled for the intervention, as shown on the table visible in the Use and Maintenance Manual.
The estimate does not include any costs relating to materials subject to wear, such as the battery and brake pads, or those connected to other interventions necessary or requested by the Customer. The report can also be saved, downloaded and printed.
