Suzuki Intruder 2014, cruisers are tinged with new colors

Around Hamamatsu, Suzuki headquarters, the word custom is pronounced in one way: Intruder. Custom motorcycles made of technology, performance and great comfort and a particular design, with a personal taste, which has managed to involve many loyal motorcyclists. The lines are more classic starting from the C800B, and become more captivating from the M800T and M1800RB.

If you want an Intruder, the access version is the one C800B, which is now available with a total black look which involves the tank, the tail, the wheel rims, the exhausts, the engine crankcases and gradually all the details and superstructures. A motorcycle that lends itself to long distances thanks to a riding position of maximum control, low to the ground and comfortable. The twin cylinder used can count on 805 cc and on the modern SDTV electronic injection.

More modern and attractive features for the version M800T, thanks to interventions on the chassis and superstructures. Chrome side bags and exhausts are standard. This, like C800B are depotentiable to 35 kW, for the benefit of motorcyclists with an A2 license.

We go up a step by talking about the C1500BT, powered by the technological 2 cc liquid-cooled V1.462. We are talking about a cruiser set up as a true grand tourer, thanks to the side bags integrated into the tail and front protective plexiglass; a performance motorbike but without giving up a bit of healthy classicism. Also for this C1500BT, black dominates and involves every element, from the superstructure to the exhaust system, and is designed to further enhance the elegant and refined appearance.

It attracted attention at all the shows in which it participated in the beautiful yellow/black livery that is proposed this year, it is the M1800RB my 2014. At the top of the Intruder range for performance and personality, it can rightfully be included in the power cruiser sector. The bond is implemented on behalf of the super 1.783 cc V-Twin with 125 HP of power. Glossy black sections blend with opaque ones, like the entire exhaust system with slash cut terminal, while the yellow and white band dominates the upper part of the structures. Upside down fork connected to a drag bar handlebar, on which part of the cockpit has been applied, while the rest is on the tank. Long and low, muscular look, important tail in shape and style, with cardan transmission and 200 mm rubber.

For prices we start from 8.750 euros for the C800B, a little further on at 8.820 the M800T. Intruder C1500 BT is sold for 13.750 euros, while the black and yellow M1800RB rises to 16.390 euros.
