Introduced by Suzuki la Hayabusa GP Edition, a version in two variants that underlines the sportiness of the "Ultimate Sport Bike". Interested parties can purchase the model covered with a customized livery that recalls the shades of the GSX-RRs used by Team Ecstar in the MotoGP. This GP Edition is added to the already known colors, a Black/Gold combination or a Silver/Red combination.

The bike in summary

La Suzuki Hayabusa GP Edition presents the main shades of blue and slate silver linked to the sporting tradition of the brand, recalling the first Suzuki Grand Prix racers of the 60s. Since 2020 they are also associated with the official GSX-RRs of Team Ecstar.
You can choose between two variations in Track Yellow and Pista Red. The colors are used for the lower frame of the headlight, for the side grilles of the fairing, for the portion of the tail that embraces the saddle and for the stickers on the wheels. Also characteristic is the Akrapovic approved double exhaust terminal, a slip-on solution in titanium.
These liveries highlight the sleek profile of the Suzuki Hayabusa, a model with a significant penetration coefficient, obtaining protection and stability even at the self-limited speed of 299 km/h, as mentioned.
The motorcycle features an aluminum frame and swingarm, combined with adjustable KYB suspension, as well as sophisticated technological equipment given a six-axis inertial platform and various electronic support devices. Through the Suzuki Drive Mode Selector Alpha (SDMS-α) system it is possible to select between three pre-set driving modes and three other customizable ones. Each one automatically varies the operating logic of five solutions:
– System “Aprisereno” – Traction Control (Motion Track Traction Control System – 10 levels + off);
– Function “Manage the power” (Power Mode Selector – 3 levels);
– System “Quick change” bidirectional (Bidirectional Quick Shift System – 2 levels + off);
– System “Giùlaruota” anti wheelie (Anti Lift Control System – 10 levels + off);
– System "Engine brake" (Engine Brake Control System – 3 levels + off).

The active settings are indicated on the TFT LCD instrumentation between the tachometer and the analogue speedometer. The screen offers a screen of the Active Data display with the lean angle, remembering the maximum data reached, the degree of opening of the accelerator, the longitudinal acceleration and the pressure applied to the brakes.
The model is equipped with speed limiter, a system “Set the limit” (Active Speed ​​Limiter) allows you to set a maximum speed, avoiding the risk of going further when necessary.
The equipment also includes: the Cruise Control System; The “Stubble descent” (Slope Dependent Control System); The “Brakebend” o Motion Track Brake System on 2 levels; the systems “Partiarazzo” a 3-level Launch Control System; The “Signalnailed” or Emergency Stop Signal and lo “Easy tip”, a Hill Hold Control System.
The engine is a heart a four cylinders da 1.340 cc, Euro 5. The power reaches i 190 horses (140 kW) at 9.700 rpm and the torque is 150 Nm at 7.000 rpm.

The novelty and the price

In light of the success achieved by the specimens with this characterization, on the occasion of the event Autolook Week Turin which took place last September, this special installation was born. The interest in the Specials has materialized in a real special series.
La Hayabusa GP Edition it is offered at an introductory price of 23.690 euros and can be booked at the dealership or via the Smart Buy platform, the Suzuki E-commerce. In the second case, the color variant may be reported at a later stage after the order, once the dealer has been reached to finalize the contract, according to the information.
