Suzuki GSX-R1000R Legend Edition: celebratory models for champions Lucchinelli and Uncini [PHOTO]

Two champions protagonists with Suzuki. Two legends of motorcycling and two examples of the distinctive series Suzuki GSX-R1000R Legend Edition, which recalls the world championship successes riding the models of the Hamamatsu house. Scheduled for Monday 1st March a special delivery to Marco Lucchinelli and Franco Uncini. Two motorbikes with liveries that bring to mind those present on SuzukiRG500 deployed by Team Gallina in 1981 and in 1982.

The event at the Design Center

An interesting opportunity both for those who saw Lucchinelli and Uncini in action, but also for the numerous motorcycling enthusiasts. Among the protagonists also the French Romain Oudert and Jacopo Solari, the young designers active at the European Design Center Suzuki which they signed right there GSX-R1000R Legend Edition with liveries that recall the winning ones of Lucchinelli and Uncini. Highlighted are the different racing liveries and the work at the style center on the outskirts of Turin, working on the lines of the Suzuki models together with the styling offices of the Hamamatsu headquarters.

Developed in 2009, the structure initially had three designers. It has been progressively strengthened with other figures from all over the world and is active in the definition of Suzuki models, as mentioned.
