Suzuki GSX-R1000 Red & Black Commemorative Edition, 30 years of the range continues to amaze us
It is characterized by its red and black colour
Suzuki GSX-R1000 Red & Black Commemorative Edition – Suzuki already has a classic blue and white commemorative livery for its GSX-R motorcycle line, but yesterday at the Indianapolis GP, the Japanese brand debuted another commemorative edition of its Suzuki GSX-R1000, this time dyed red and black.
While the white and blue livery represents the more traditional colors of Suzuki and its GSX-R sportbikes, red and black machines dominate his Yoshimura Suzuki GSX-R750, which won the 8 Suzuka 1986 Hours, the year of the debut of this two-wheeler. This special livery was therefore created to celebrate the 30th anniversary of GSX-R and, as such, in addition to these special colors, each motorcycle sold will adopt a badge “30 Years of Performance” mounted on the tank.
Suzuki is really digging deep into its history with the 30th anniversary celebrations of its GSX-R. Although we believe that the true hope of fans of the Japanese brand would be to see a fitting update to the GSX-R line. Something that would put Suzuki and the GSX-R1000 back at the top of the superbike pile, a place it has often dominated, but has been missing from for a long time.
