It's been 10 years since the big motorcycle manufacturer organized a day like this. Last year, at Mugello, the new GSX-R1000R model was launched, together with the legendary Kevin Schwantz, but without involving such a large audience and therefore in a much more restricted manner. Last Saturday's event, however, was an event which saw the participation of more than 2.500 people: bikers, men, women and children of all ages, all linked by a common passion, that of 2 wheels. It was also an opportunity for many to try the new Suzuki models, to take to the track with their own bike, but also to meet and get to know the two exceptional guests: Andrea Iannone and Kevin Schwantz.

Although the first activities were scheduled around 10 in the morning, already in the early hours of the day the paddock and the entrance to the Cremona Circuit were swarming with revving engines, ready to enter the circuit to celebrate a day full of passion , of fun and carefreeness, which only a day like this, together with those who are able to experience the same emotions as you once you get on the saddle, is able to convey.

The day was reserved for all Suzuki owners (but not in a too taxing way), who were able to participate in various activities. Among them, the possibility of dancing between the curbs of the 3.450 meters that the circuit offers and of testing the new models from the Hamamatsu company, on and off the track. Being part of the 69 Italian dates of the 2018 Suzuki Demo Ride Tour, within the Cremona Circuit, participants were given the opportunity to test the GSX-S750 Yugen, the GSX-S1000 and 1000 F, the GSX-R1000 R , the V-Stroms in the three displacements 250, 650XT and 1000XT, the GSX250R, the GSX-S125, as well as the Burgman 400 and the SV650 X-TER.
A day full of fun and passion, crowned by the presence of two icons of excellence in world motorcycling: Kevin Schwantz, world champion in the 500 class in 1993 and Andrea Iannone, fresh from a 3rd place at the Austin GP.

There was great enthusiasm on the part of the many participants who were able to watch their performances on the track and who had the opportunity to get an autograph or take a photo with them and the emotion that could be felt was indescribable. in the eyes of those who, after many years of meticulous care of their RGV 500 range, managed to have their tank autographed by the man who managed to dominate the 500 class 25 years ago, with a driving style completely different from that of today, when electronics were not yet an integral part of the motorcycle.

The most unexpected moment of the day, however, was that of the parade, led by the two riders, who led the way for around 200 motorbikes that paraded inside the Cremona circuit, under the admiring eyes of those who didn't want to miss the show from the top of the terrace.
Music, gadgets, motorbikes, shows, stunt men, driving simulators, races and performances on the kart track, casting of the Miss GSX-Rs and talk shows with prizes with the drivers accompanied the more than 2.500 participants throughout the event , at the end of the day, they found themselves in each other's company during the final aperitif, which took place with a fantastic sunset against the backdrop of the 11 curves, now silent, but still full of the excitement of the day that had just ended , in the context of the Cremona Circuit.
