Suzuki Burgman 400: a renewed mix of functionality and dynamism for 2022 [PHOTO]

Suzuki Burgman 400 represents an example of evolution in the large-displacement scooter segment since 1998, offering a balance between practicality and comfort. With the Model year 2022 there are innovations that strengthen the aesthetics and liveliness of the specimen.

A collectible scooter

Concluded Reaction Challenge with the selection of the winning work among the four presented as part of the ARThletes project, the proposal of the Van Orton twins who played the Burgman associated with the themes of fencing and safety will be shown on a film, which will be adapted to the shapes of the scooter. The result will be a wrapped and one-of-a-kind Suzuki Burgman 400.

The sinuous and functional shapes are also wrapped in a new colour Metallic Matte Sword Silver, which offers a satin effect. A finish that recalls the blade of a sword, associated with blue circles. Another characterizing aesthetic element are the full LED headlights and the driving position promotes driving control and comfort.
The saddle placed at a height of 755 millimeters it is developed on two levels and the pilot's backrest is adjustable and can move forward by 15 or 30 mm. Among the highlighted aspects is also a footboard characterized by flares, which make it easier to place the feet on the ground.
Under the saddle there is a compartment for 42 liters which can accommodate a full-face and a demi-jet helmet, but also other objects, considering a regular shape and transversal development.
While more compact objects can be stored in two drawers on the back of the shield, located on the sides of the parking brake control. One of these also has a 12V socket, useful for charging and powering mobile devices.

Technology

Also highlighted are the new features regarding the engine and equipment. The redefinition of the head and the dual spark plug ignition with the Suzuki Dual Spark Technology allow the single-cylinder to 400 cc to comply with the Euro 5 regulation, also considering a new catalytic converter. The maximum power is 29,2 horses at 6.300 rpm with a peak torque of 35,2 Nm at 4.900 rpm.
A liveliness supported by the chassis, listing a robust frame, a front wheel from 15 inches and a progressive action rear suspension. Electronic traction control makes its debut as standard equipment, preventing the rear wheel from slipping.

Proposal

There are several things to note during the launch phase purchasing formulas. Financial proposals in collaboration with Findomestic, an alternative to the payment on delivery, through an installment of 99 euros per month.
The first prospectus has a duration of three years with an advance of 3.780 euros and continues with 36 monthly installments of 99 euros, starting payments after six months. We highlight a fixed TAN of 5,40% and an APR of 7,13%.
The second financial plan is developed over four years, with the immediate payment of 2.800 euros and 48 subsequent installments, again of 99 euros and again starting from the seventh month. The fixed TAN in this case drops to 5,20%, while the APR stands at 6,59%.
In both cases, Suzuki allows the Customer to get on the bike immediately by paying a reduced amount upon signing the contract and to pay small monthly installments over the established period of time.
The formulas are calculated on a basis of 6.990 euros, a figure corresponding to the launch price of the Burgman 400 charged in the period. A possibility also valid for those who opt for traditional payment with immediate payment, highlighting a customer advantage compared to the 7.999 euros of the official price list, as indicated.
