The scooter

The evolution of the model coincides with the approval Euro 5 considering several interesting innovations, including a functional one Dual Spark technology and a system traction control.
The sporty design includes streamlined features and new color combinations, including a distinctive Metallic Matte Sword Silver with a satin finish which, combined with the blue wheels, recalls the colors combined with the brand's road sports cars.

The setting and the superstructures contribute to aerodynamic protection, also considering a functional riding position for control and comfort given the saddle and footrest located in such a way as to favor the support of the feet on the ground. The compartment can accommodate 42 litres, useful for storing a full-face and a demi-jet helmet. There are also two other drawers in the area behind the shield, where more compact objects can be stored and one of them is equipped with a 12V socket.
In the chassis framework, in addition to the robust frame, we note a progressive rear suspension and a 15-inch front wheel with safety strengthened by the aforementioned electronic traction control.
The advanced engine is characterized by a redefinition of the head with double spark plug ignition. A new catalytic converter is also indicated.

The new scooter in the ARThletes project

A first work connected to the was also recently shown ARThletes project. Internationally renowned Italian illustrators are involved and they give shape to four works referring to the concept of the "Elegant Athlete" associated with the medium, taking inspiration from its distinctive characteristics, starting from sport and Japanese culture. Given the approach to the opening event of the Tokyo Olympics, through the artistic language of the ARThletes project we want to connect on the one hand to the Olympic spirit and on the other to the spirit of freedom linked to two-wheeled mobility, as reported.
In the initiative, the public is invited to choose the most appreciated and evocative work in an online Reaction Challenge. The creation with the highest number of reactions will become the exclusive livery of a collectible Burgman 400.

The sales initiative

For the launch phase of the new scooter with displacement 400 cc, a sales campaign was reported with two types of financing studied with the Findomestic partner. The plans indicate an advance and installments of 99 euros, but are different in the length of the loan. In the first case with installments lasting 36 months and the first installment starting at 6 months, while in the second case the payment plan provides for 48 months with the installment starting from the seventh month, as indicated.
