From today it is possible to register for the third edition of Suzuki Bike Day, the event in which bicycle enthusiasts are protagonists, scheduled for the next one July 8 2023.

How to participate

THEregistration is possible online via the dedicated page on the Suzuki portal, following a guided procedure.
Two le choices proposals:
– registration fee of 5 euros, donated entirely to charity in favor of Dynamo Camp, the first Recreational Therapy camp in Italy for children suffering from serious or chronic pathologies. A sum that can freely be higher, based on generosity;
– fee of 20 euros which, together with the registration fee donated to Dynamo Camp charity, also includes the exclusive Alè Cycling technical jersey designed by the Suzuki Style Centre. Until May 31st it is possible to select the size, while from June 1st the shirts will be available while stocks last. Also in this case the quota can be freely higher
.
For those who register by June 28th, the personalization of the front panel is guaranteed.
Alternatively you can register on site the day before the initiative, going to the event Village from 17 pm to 30 pm. Or on the same day as Suzuki Bike Day from 19 to 30. The faceplate and technical shirt can be collected at the same times.

The initiative

It is possible to participate with any type of bicycle, ranging from traditional mountain bikes, pedal-assisted or electric bicycles, even with a transport trolley, pedaling at your favorite pace in the company of many Italian sports personalities. Among the guests there will be: Davide Cassani, sports manager and president of APT Emilia Romagna; Alessandro Petacchi, first cyclist to conquer at least two stages in each of the three most famous Giros in a single year; Sonny Colbrelli, 2021 Paris Roubaix winner; Silvia Zanardi, holder of the 2022 European Elite American title and the 23 European Under-2021 title in line; Filippo Baroncini, world champion on the U23 Road in 2021; Giada Borgato, former professional cyclist, Italian champion in 2012 and voice of women's cycling; Moreno Argentin, former cyclist and world champion in 1986; Elisa Giordano, captain of the Senior Women's National Rugby Team; Silvia Fent, captain of the U20 Women's National Rugby Team; the multiple medalists and Olympic champions of the FISG - Italian Ice Sports Federation, Francesca Lollobrigida, Davide Ghiotto, Pietro Sighel; the Winter Triathlon world champions Franco Pesavento and Sandra Mairhofer, representing the FITri – Italian Triathlon Federation; Alberto Barile, COO of Torino Fc.

After the last edition in which over 1800 enthusiasts took part, the“Enzo and Dino Ferrari” racetrack in Imola remains confirmed as the location of the Village, starting point and nerve center of the Suzuki Bike Day. Not only a legendary place for motor enthusiasts in the Imola area, as the city also has a close link with cycling given that it has hosted the 1968 World Championship won by Vittorio Adorni, and, more recently, the 2020 UCI World Championship of the Road and Time Trial specialties.
Subscribers to Suzuki Bike Day 2023 they will be able to try their hand safely along a route that will include the 28,5 km ring of the route on which the 2020 Road Cycling World Championship took place, with a further twenty km for a total of approximately 53 km of itinerary. Participants will be able to pedal on the asphalt of the Imola circuit and on the section carried out during the 2020 world championship test with the climbs of Gallisterna and Mazzolano. Then they will face a further new section up to Brisighella, one of the most evocative villages in Italy, then the Monticino climb and will be able to preview some passages of the 2nd stage of the Tour De France 2024, according to information.
Three refreshment points are scheduled along the tour at the Autodromo, in Brisighella and in Riolo Terme, also known as the “City of Water”.
