Sixs presents Monticino, the new winter outfit dedicated to cyclists [PHOTO]

The technical clothing brand Sixs presented, as a preview at the IBF 2023 in Milan, Monticino, the new two-piece suit (Winter Jacket and Bibtight) dedicated to cyclists who want to continue training and cycling even during the colder months.

The new Moniticino winter suit by Sixs has implemented breathable, windproof and rainproof features, with the use of a fabric that is even warmer and softer in contact with the skin. 

Monticino Winter Jacket (Winter jacket)

The Monticino jacket, designed for winter days, is made of the latest generation polyester, hydrophilic and dynamically breathable through the osmotic passage of water vapor (sweat). This characteristic means that the more physical effort intensifies, the more the breathability of the fabric increases. The internal part, soft on the skin, is made of lambskin fleece for perfect thermoregulation. The jacket features reflex elements on the shoulders, sleeves and along the profile of the back pocket. The latter also has an internal pocket with waterproof fabric and a taped zip closure dedicated to small valuables.

The new Monticino Winter Jacket, available in black and in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL, is priced at €244.

Monticino Winter Bibtight (Winter long dungarees)

The new Monticino Biibtght winter dungarees are also made of the new polyester membrane, which is hydrophilic and dynamically breathable through the osmotic passage of water vapor (sweat). On the inside of the leg there is an insert with a warp-knitted fabric gusset to prevent abrasion and guarantee its durability over time. The Endurance Pad (4 mm base and 11 mm high impact foam) is particularly useful for cyclists who face long distances and many hours in the saddle. The dungarees use an antibacterial fabric with a woven mesh structure that provides natural micro-ventilation. To further improve breathability there are the Thermo Carbon Underwear inserts on the hips and behind the knee.
