SHAD: the Terra range has been expanded with the new Adventure TR40 side bags

After the Terra aluminum suitcases, the range has been extended SHAD with the former Adventure TR40 side bags. Solutions designed for motorcyclists who love to explore off-road, characterized by flexibility and lightness.

new TR40 they have been developed in abrasion-resistant material, 50 cycles are indicated according to the UNE-EN ISO 12947-2:2017 standard. The base and sides are reinforced with a 70% TPU and 30% nylon material and are equipped with Z-shaped stitching, for superior resistance in the most stressed areas. The fabrics have been tested to offer resistance to over 1.500 exposures to UV rays and comply with REACH and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 environmental regulations.

The closing buckles, developed in aeronautical aluminium, are adjustable. To increase safety while driving, they also include reflective side elements.
The combination of outer and inner bags ensures the waterproofness of the set and each outer bag is equipped with a drainage hole at the base. Given a low weight, the TR40 bags allow you to adjust the volume of 32 liters per bag, based on the load, via six DURAFLEX buckles. The ends of the straps have locks that prevent the ends from flapping and loosening. Every detail is designed to facilitate the integration of the bags on the motorbike and greater stability.

The eight reinforced anchor points of the Molle system, associated with each bag, allow you to attach extra accessories, such as the sack bag or the included bottle bag.
The new TR40s are compatible with the 4P System side fixing system, available for over 50 examples of Trail motorcycles and constantly updated. On the SHAD portal you can evaluate the available 4P System fixing solutions.

Among the prominent aspects, the bag set features a locking system “Double Locking System”, which allows you to attach the bag to the 4P System side attachment and which prevents access to the inside of the bag. A unique system, patent pending, which makes these bags alternatives to traditional aluminum bags. In the rear area, the bags are characterized by a high-strength polyamide plate, reinforced with fiberglass and compatible with the 4P System side tubular attachments, capable of supporting a load of up to 10 kg. A sturdy anchorage even on the most demanding routes, according to the indications.
