Scorpion Exo 3000 Air is the top of the range modular from SCORPION SPORTS equipped with a super-light Ultra-TCT™ fiber shell. Exo 3000 Air is a helmet full of technology and for its creation and 2017 update Scorpion Sports took care of every detail, from the weight down to the smallest detail.

Thanks to its lines and profile, Exo 3000 Air is incredibly aerodynamic and silent while advanced features and functions such as the Ultra-TCT shell, the Ellip-Tec™ for quick replacement of the visor, the Airfit interior inflation system, the Speedview internal sun visor with anti-fog treatment on both sides, the visor with anti-fog system Pinlock® 100% Max Vision 3D as standard, the interior made of triple density foam covered with fabric KwikwickIII® and the micrometric closure offer an absolutely unique and exclusive mix of comfort, protection and functionality.

Main and accessory features

Fiber shell (Ultra-TCT™): Developed exclusively by Scorpion, the new and revolutionary ULTRA-TCT™ system (similar to TCT™ but with a higher percentage of noble fibres) offers unparalleled protection. Extremely light, the shell allows, in the event of an impact, considerable energy absorption thanks to its great ability to progressively deform. The Ultra-TCT shell structure is made with 5 different layers of Glass Fibre, Aramid, high performance fibers (such as Carbon) and a high density weave of composite fibres.
Ellip-Tec™ Visor Mechanism: Thanks to this mechanism the visor can be easily and quickly replaced without using tools. Equipped with powerful springs to guarantee a totally hermetic and silent tightening along the gasket. Even in the event of a fall, it proves to be much more resistant than any other system, managing to keep the visor in position.

Pinlock® 100% Max Vision 3D: The Pinlock® 100% Max Vision anti-condensation lens is standard and ensures the best anti-fogging action available on the market today. Once positioned on the visor, the lens guarantees maximum visibility in any weather condition.

AirFit® system (inflatable internal pads): the AirFit® inflation system has a double button located on the back of the helmet (one for inflation, the other for deflation) and acts on the internal cheek pads to make comfort even more absolute.

Flip-up Chin-bar: a single button allows you to release the chin guard which can be raised and lowered with just one hand.

“Speedview” internal sun visor: Retractable sun visor with anti-fog treatment on both sides

KwikwickIII®: Breathable and antibacterial interior lining fabric, removable and washable, with very rapid moisture dispersion, capable of leaving the head and face perfectly dry and fresh even during the hottest days.

3D Outline: the internal cushions are made of triple density 3D processed foam capable of perfectly enveloping the rider's head for better comfort and better well-being.

Nasal deflector: ensures that the motorcyclist's breath does not create condensation on the visor

Snorkel: There is an air intake on the chin guard, one on the top of the helmet and a rear extractor

KwikFit™: The KwikFit™ internal cushions allow you to easily put on and take off the most popular glasses models

The visor of the Exo 3000 Air, as well as in the standard transparent version, is available in the colours: light smoke, dark smoke, silver mirrored while the PINLOCK® Max Vision lens is available transparent (standard) and in the dark smoke color as an option.
