SC-Project – The 2018 range presented

the brand SC Project which belongs to the company Advanced Group SRL. was born from the experience of the founders and from the collaborations with the most important teams involved in the World Championships such as MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3 e Superbike. Teams with which they test and develop very high performance exhaust systems thanks also to a technological department Research and Development and to an internal production that is able to satisfy every request regarding the range of exhaust systems. SC Project designs, manufactures, tests and develops both products CE approved for road use and products intended for racing use on the circuit. Production equipped with cutting-edge automatic and semi-automatic machinery in order to obtain a finished product at the highest quality and technological levels available on the market.

Thanks to the mass presence in MotoGP World Championship and to the tens of thousands of systems sold both to operators in the sector (motorcycle dealerships, spare parts dealers, warehouses, workshops) and to private customers on every continent and nation, SC Project has established itself among the most important global realities in the sector, and in recent times International Cycle and Motorcycle Exhibition “EICMA 2017”, presented his own 2018 range of Euro4 approved silencers and exhausts.

SC-Project Adventure silencer

The Adventure silencer made by technology and expertise SC Project for the world of maxi road enduros while maintaining its own look and notable performance. An internal chamber system is used for this silencer to optimize performance, weight and the unmistakable sound, a true hallmark of SC-Project products. The body of the silencer is made of titanium, guaranteeing a significant weight saving which all benefits the rideability of the motorbike, while the end cap is made of very high quality shiny carbon and gives an aggressive look to the silencer. The SC-Project logo, accompanied by the name Adventure Exhaust System, is laser marked on the body of the silencer with a "mud" effect to recall the adventure nature of the silencer. Adventure  it is available in a double variant "Titanium/Matt Black Edition" also with approval Euro4 for the models BMW R1200GS, Honda CRF 1000L Africa Twin, KTM 1290 Superadventure e Suzuki V-Strom 1000.

SC-Project X-plorer silencer – Euro4 approved

The muffler X-plorer was designed and developed by SC-Project R&D department to be the new point of reference for medium-sized road enduros. X-plorer It consists of a full titanium body associated with a carbon fiber caseback with a spectacular plain texture. The union of the two elements allows to obtain a streamlined and light silencer body which can also be used on motorcycles with exhaust in the left position (just like the BMW F800GS). X-plorer is suitable for long journeys thanks to the use of first-rate materials which allow prolonged use, even in extreme conditions, without compromising its construction quality. The new X-plorer silencer is currently available in an approved version Euro4 for BMW F800GS e Triumph Tiger 800, while it will also be available soon on BMW R1200GS Honda CRF 1000L Africa Twin.

SC-Project SC1-R silencer

The muffler SC1-R officially debuted in 2017  on Official MV Agusta F3 RC di PJ Jacobsen who participates in the Supersport World Championship and then be immediately requested by Team Ioda on the Aprilia RSV4 di Tati Market in Superbike World Championship. The SC1-R silencer was entirely designed and created by the SC-Project R&D Department to be the new point of reference for the Superbike World Championship. The body of the silencer is entirely in full titanium with an asymmetric rhomboid shape, the end cap is in matt carbon fiber and follows the decisive and aggressive line of the silencer. The new SC1-R represents in itself the perfect synthesis of the SC-Project policy, studying and creating exhaust systems for the best MotoGP teams and further developing them to offer the common motorcyclist a high-performance and aesthetically unparalleled product which, through the quality of finishes, the spectacular welds and its sound can tell all the excellence of the Made in Italy: which distinguishes the entire range SC-Project. SC1-R is available for KTM SuperDuke 1290 R in the Euro4 approved version, with db-killer, in the full titanium or carbon fiber variants and also in the Euro4 approved Oval version, equipped with db-killer, for Honda X-ADV.

SC-Project silencer S1

More extreme lightness and performance for the S1 silencer, designed and developed specifically for the Superbike World Championship. The body of the silencer is entirely in full titanium with a conical shape and the exit cap is in matt carbon fiber which guarantees the S1 an aggressive look and confirms its racing vocation, as well as other details such as the absence of the support strap. silencer, the use of a CNC machined titanium bushing and spectacular TIG welding. The special soundproofing and the choice of first-rate materials, together with its powerful well-exit mouth 70 mm, offer that characteristic sound of conical silencers, dark and deep. The S1 silencer is available in a Euro4 approved version, with db-killer, for KTM SuperDuke 1290 and Yamaha MT-07.

Yamaha Mt-07  Furthermore, the complete SC-Project system is available, consisting of the two manifolds, the 2 in 1 fitting, the catalytic converter and the slip-on silencer, all made of AISI 304 stainless steel and fits perfectly on the MT-07 without modifications of any kind.
