Saietta NGS: the new generation will be even more exciting [VIDEO]

Saietta NGS – Several years ago, Saietta introduced us to the extraordinary Saietta R, a very interesting electric motorcycle, while today, merged with Agni Motors, it announces an exciting new project. The NGS, Next Generation Saietta, an all-electric and above all new two-wheeler, scheduled for 2017.

The concept looks beautiful and futuristic, and we would love to see something similar on the streets. “Take everything you know about electric motorcycles and then forget about it. Saietta defies convention, delivering superlative performance and many options for customization in a range of zero-emission motorcycles that are light years ahead.” we read in a press release. At $74.000, this is one expensive bike. We hope that prices will drop after the first tranche of 100 units. The new Saietta NGS – is a new breed motorcycle, a new electric era for motorcyclists, capable of guaranteeing superbike performance and a highly distinctive iconic design.

NGS boasts a number of technological firsts including a revolutionary new, lightweight electric motor with a strong structural monocoque, industry-leading battery capacity and the presence of 3D printing. NGS has undergone rigorous engineering testing and the first customer bikes will be delivered by the end of 2017, as part of a limited edition of 100 bikes priced around $74.000.

We don't know much about the specifications, but the power could go up to 250 kW of power.
