On the previous day, the confirmation of the event scheduled between 5 and 8 March had been announced, while a day later it was decided to postpone Rome Motodays. Through a press release and in light of the latest developments regarding the Coronavirus, namely the Covid-19, the Capitoline event is expected from 17 al 19 April 2020.

The update

The decision of Rome Fair it arrived after a discussion with experts who deal with health and economic protection.
Staff Rome Motodays worked to allow it to take place on the previously indicated dates, as is highlighted in the press release, but considering the national situation in the last few hours it was decided to move it. In any case, the chosen dates guarantee wide visibility for the two-wheel sector involved in the new exhibition centre, as stated in the note released.
Peter Piccinetti, Sole director e General manager di Rome Fair, underlined how this decision was still taken, despite “the public protocol did not prescribe the postponement”. A decision adopted by evaluating the protection of public health and also the related economic aspects.
