Roma Motodays: the twelfth edition cancelled
Appointment already moved previously to April
The twelfth edition of Rome Motodays, postponed earlier in April, in light of the current measures taken to combat the COVID-19 Coronavirus. The event will be rescheduled next year, as reported.
Cancellation
In the press release sent, the Sole Director and General Director of Fiera Roma, Pietro Piccinetti, underlines how there will be an even greater desire to meet the public of enthusiasts and propose news and projects, but for now “now's not the time”. Adding on the occasion: “Together, we will give voice to Italy which is showing its best face in recent days, a face made of cohesion, responsibility, tenacity, commitment, inventiveness and courage”.
Rome Fair together with the supporters and partners of the initiative, it is still indicated in the released note, “reserves the right to communicate any decisions regarding another appointment in the current year, an event dedicated to motorcyclists and enthusiasts, which could mark a new beginning for the two-wheel sector and inaugurate the restart.” Therefore, a possible event that allows enthusiasts to savor their passion outside again. All always with the utmost respect for the rules and the health of others, also keeping in mind the support for an industrial sector that is important for the mobility of the country and particularly present in Rome, considering the 700.000 registered two-wheeled motorized vehicles, of which 393.000 normally circulate in the capital .
