Red Bull Epic Rise – There were 100 hot cars that competed in the race this morning Red Bull Epic Rise, the competition that gathered at the International Crossodromo of Edge of Malpensa (Cardano al Campo – VA) the craziest drivers in Italy for a true "epic day" full of fun and passion for motors.
The aspirants Epic Rider battled to reach the top of an infernal 50 meter climb in three categories: the Proto dedicated to handcrafted scooters with a maximum displacement of 100cc 2-stroke and automatic clutch only; the Truccati for vehicles with original chassis and a maximum of 75 cc, single-cylinder and automatic clutch and the Stock class, entry level of the Epic Riders with original chassis and chassis, single-cylinder and automatic clutch (no more than 65cc).
Only one driver succeeded in the feat: in the Proto class, Gianluca Biganzoli, Vibram test driver, won the overall victory, reaching the top aboard a Giulietta-Peripoli. In second place Alessio Galli Rotelli with 48 meters covered, followed by Andrea Fara who stopped at 47 metres.
In the Rigged category Giovanni Garofalo climbed to the first step of the podium with 49 metres, followed by Alberto Guenzani (46 metres) and Mattia Pavani (45,50 metres).
The section Stock saw the only woman classified, Francesca Cavatorta, who with 42 meters placed third and won the special "First Girl" prize. In front of her Alessio Figini (45 meters) e Federico De Matteis (42,5 meters).
The jury composed of the YouTuber Andrea Pirillo, the TV host Ciccio Valenti and the blogger Giorgia Crivello he instead assigned to Alessandro Danini the title of “Epic Moped”, for imagination, peculiarity of the medium and disguise.
