Triumph TE-1 prototype: after the testing phase, results expected on 12 July 2022 [TEASER VIDEO]
An electrical type project
The fourth and final test phase connected to the project development of the Triumph TE-1 electric prototype, defined in collaboration with Williams Advanced Engineering, Integral Powertrain Ltd e WMG at the University of Warwick. A film proposed by Official Triumph Motorcycles, on YouTube, allows a quick look ahead of July 12th, the day on which the results are expected.
The project
In 4 phase the testing process took place, a test program designed to obtain useful information on the final set-up and fine-tuning of the bike.
The exposition of details and results, together with photographic shots and descriptive videos of the tests carried out, is scheduled for next year 12 July, including data regarding the autonomy, performance and charging times of the prototype.
The demonstration prototype had been defined in the previous one 3 phase, representing a first example of collaboration between high-level partners in various sectors. A functional project for the development of technologies that improve the performance of electric two-wheeled vehicles, projecting towards a future proposal of Triumph models.
