The collaboration between Pirelli and Yamaha also continues for the 5th edition of the "Yamaha VR46 Master Camp"

The tires Pirelli DIABLO Supercorsa, in measures 110/70 ZR 17 front in mix SC1 e 140/70 ZR17 rear in SC2 compound, have been confirmed as equipment for all YZF-R3 which will be used by young international motorcycling talents identified by Yamaha to participate in training sessions alongside the pilots VR46 Riders Academy.

The tires are the same as those used in the class WorldSSP300 of the FIM Superbike World Championship to which the same house of Iwata participates by also promoting the Yamaha R3 bLU cRU Challenge, a competition organized to support young pilots of FIM Supersport 300 World Championship helping them grow and have the chance to become a Yamaha supported rider in more important classes. Yamaha's confirmation of Pirelli as supplier for the motorcycles used in Yamaha VR46 Master Camp further strengthens the already existing collaboration between Pirelli and Yamaha both in the sporting and marketing fields in recognition of the excellent qualities offered by the Pirelli tires developed by the Italian brand in its ten-year participation in the FIM Superbike World Championship.

The fifth edition of Yamaha VR46 Master Camp will take place from 27 to 31 July 2018 and the five riders selected by Yamaha to participate in the stage are Brazilians Eliton Kawakami (17) e Bruno César (18), the Americans Jackson Blackmon (16) e Cory Ventura (16) and Thai Kevin Kubo (18).

At their side, for the entire training week, there will be first and foremost the "Master" Valentino Rossi but also Marco Belli, three-time English Champion and two-time European and American Flat Track Champion, the fitness trainer Carlo Casabianca and obviously all the riders of the VR46 Riders Academy, who will accompany the young talents not only in the "Track" sessions, but also at the Motor Ranch by Valentino Rossi, il Misanino KCE World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli” and the structure Physio Gym.
