The evaluations linked to the Motorrad test represent a point of reference in the sector concerning tires and two-wheeled models, given that they are carried out not only on test circuits in dry conditions, but also on the road in different situations, reaching over 2.000 kilometers of wear .

In the comparison of sports tires published in issue 6/2022, the editorial team compared the tires of six different brands offered on the market, in the sizes 120 / 70 ZR 17 front and 190 / 55 ZR 17 rear. Product performance was evaluated in the “Country Road”, “Race Track”, “Wet” and “Wear” categories. The tyre Pirelli Diablo Rosso™ IV stood out in each category, according to what emerged, obtaining a score of 361 out of 400, with success in the test and an overall rating of "Very good", as reported.

Among the aspects highlighted, the tire on the track was found to be “stability and grip reference” with the best lap time and the “Best Purchase” definition in the category. The same classification was also obtained in mileage, considering a minimum level of wear over 2.000 kilometers of testing, according to what was communicated.
