Peugeot Motorcycles took advantage of the event EICMA 2022 of Milan to present its new scooter to the world Peugeot XP400. It boasts a robust and practical design and is aimed at all those people looking for a vehicle for adventures.

It is available in two versions called Allure e GT. The former is more focused on the road while the latter is more robust and is therefore suitable for off-roading. The two variants have the same bodywork and the same dual-use tyres, but they differ in the alloy wheels present on the road version and the tubeless spoked ones in the off-road version.

Under the body, the new Peugeot XP400 hides one 400cc single-cylinder engine with liquid cooling, injection and overhead cams. It offers a power of 37,22 HP and features 17" front and 15" rear wheels, rather large for a scooter of this category.

The overall weight of the new model is 231 kg. This is due to the presence of an inverted fork with 140mm travel and a single horizontally mounted rear shock.

It will arrive in Europe next year

As standard, the new Peugeot Motorcycles scooter offers a braking system consisting of a double disc on the front and a single disc on the rear, as well as the presence of dual channel ABS. Other features include a 5-inch color TFT display, a large under-seat storage compartment and a USB port for charging.

The new Peugeot XP400 will arrive in European dealerships atbeginning of 2023 in the green colors for the Allure version and gray and white for the GT one. Unfortunately, no pricing information has been revealed at this time.
