The Peugeot Scooters stand also dedicated a special space to the display of the GenZe 2.0 electric scooter, a model developed by GenZe by Mahindra, one of the American subsidiaries of the Mahindra group. This space served as an experimental laboratory to present and test this new sustainable urban mobility solution in front of the general public in a European preview, on the sidelines of the COP21 climate conference which will be held in Paris starting at the end of the month. Equipped with a removable 1,6 kWh lithium ion battery, the GenZe 2.0 is the zero emissions and maintenance micro urban vehicle that provides an answer to all those looking to move faster, easier and cleaner from point A to point B. With a range of 45-50 km and a regenerative braking system, it covers 0 to 45 km/h in less than 8 seconds, thanks to the immediate torque of 130 nm. The lightweight aluminum frame gives an innovative and dynamic look while the large 16'' front wheel offers the driver maximum comfort and stability. But the benefits of GenZe 2.0 go beyond just the electric scooter. GenZe 2.0 aims to simplify users' lives, whatever their needs. Thanks to its removable Li-Ion battery, it can be recharged at any time and place with a simple socket. A 100% charge takes 3h30 and 2h is enough for a 90% fast charge.
