Peugeot e-Vivacity, electric scooter for 3.800 euros

Peugeot presents a new scooter with completely electric propulsion which differs from the Vivacity model, which is equipped with a classic internal combustion engine. With e-Vivacity Peugeot continues its commitment to research on two-wheeled vehicles, as well as four, with reduced environmental impact. In the electric field Peugeot Scooters takes advantage of over 15 years of experience, managing to make important steps forward regarding new batteries which are now able to store large quantities of energy with very limited weights and dimensions, thus overcoming one of the most important constraints on the development of electric vehicles.

With an electric blue seat, the look of the e-Vivacity is fun and sober at the same time thanks to the white bodywork. The engine It is powered by batteries and two integrated battery chargers 250W/5A which transform the current introduced by the mains plug into three-phase current.

The batteries are sata designed to last at least 10 years allowing you to travel 40.000 km, offering an autonomy of 60 km at 45 km/h, maximum speed for a similar similar 50 cc vehicle. The Peugeot e-Vivacity is sold at the price of 3.800 €, which makes it decidedly more accessible than its direct hybrid or electric competition.
