Not only he traveled along the ring road by bicycle, but moreover he became the protagonist of much more dangerous conduct, allowing himself to be pushed at high speed by the foot of a friend who was traveling next to him on a moped.

The scene, which as often happens on these occasions, was filmed with a smartphone, became viral after the video was published by the social media page "Welcome to Favelas". Images that were relaunched on Facebook by the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Matteo Salvini who, commenting on the dangerous conduct of young people on the streets, asks: "But where are the parents?".
