Officine Italiane Zard, after the racing solutions for the specimens Aprilia RS 660 e Thunder 660, offers an exhaust for the platform intended for Aprilia's medium sports cars and in particular a new one Complete kit and approved Euro 5 developed for RS 660.

The proposed system

The complete kit for Aprilia RS 660, as mentioned, is approved according to the Euro 5 regulation. The full exhaust also features a carbon fiber caseback with a logo imprinted on the body of the silencer via laser engraving, a new carbon fiber heat shield, defined by the Officine Italiane Zard Style Center based on the "Aero Technology" philosophy, as highlighted on the occasion.

A design developed not only from the aesthetic research of the experts linked to the Piedmontese brand, but also for aerodynamic issues useful for efficient heat dissipation as well as the optimization of air flows above the manifold, towards the terminal.

The creation of the complete kit for the Aprilia RS 660 started from the experience of the Piedmontese specialist's R&D team in competitions involving twin-cylinder sports motorcycles and the experience has also been poured into this new system approved for road use. The system complete with manifolds and silencer is fully developed stainless steel. While the silencer has the body in titanium and features a stainless steel caseback carbon fiber, as already mentioned.

The kit appears different from the standard system, you can see a positioning at the height of the rear wheel, compared to the setting of the OEM exhaust under the engine.
