New Suomy TRIAL jet, specific for the most extreme situations

The most recent introduction within the Suomy range is a product created to satisfy the demand of a specific segment, often left unprotected: the trial, a sector which, par excellence, prefers obstacle courses, whether natural or not. The new Soumy TRIAL jet, however, is a helmet also designed for touring use, since it can be configured with a peak complete with a small anti-sun visor and transformed into a "Touring" model: it is clear that this is a helmet versatile.

The structure of the polycarbonate peak guarantees optimal ventilation in the front-upper part of the shell, with also a reduction in turbulence generated by the penetration of air: the incoming flow, in fact, can easily be discharged thanks to the air intakes rear. As already specified above, for a more tourist use of the Soumy TRIAL jet it is possible to replace the peak supplied with another peak, sold separately, equipped with a small anti-sun visor.

With this type of shell, the manufacturer Suomy attempts to revolutionize its production process: the new composite used guarantees a lightweight shell that is, at the same time, more rigid and protective. The "know-how" of the research and development department has made it possible to study and use a new composite - a mix of carbon with various weights/tensile strengths and aramid composite - and obtain a shell of this type.

Moving on to sensitive technical data, the new Soumy TRIAL jet is produced in two shells covering sizes XS to XXL, while the interiors are in COOLMAX® ACTIVE fabric, light, soft and breathable, which helps keep the head cool and dry even in the most extreme situations. The cheek pads and internal comfort cap are also removable, washable and replaceable. Available in black and white, the new Soumy TRIAL jet will be on sale from September, at a retail price of 199 euros.
