MV Holding, a holding company controlled by Giovanni castiglioni and from the Sardarov family purchased 25% of MV Agusta Motor SpA held by the German automotive group Mercedes AMG. At the closing of the operation MV Holding holds 100% of the capital of MV Agusta, the iconic Italian company producing two-wheeled jewels. MV Agusta has completed an intense period of financial and strategic restructuring through the rationalization of its product range and the consolidation of the brand as a reference player in the super premium segment of the market.

The turnaround undertaken at the beginning of 2016 brought MV Agusta back into profit in the 2017 financial year and, thanks to the success of the new range presented at the recent EICMA, primarily with the new one Dragster 800RR, has collected an order book for 2018 higher than the estimated production. Having completed the renewal of the 3-cylinder range, now present in the sports, naked and sport tourer segment, MV Agusta has allocated its future investments to a new 4-cylinder range which will debut with the first new product during 2018.
