MV Agusta: four Turismo Veloce Lusso SCS for the State Police [PHOTO]

Quattro MV Agusta Turismo Veloce Lusso SCS with the livery of State Police were joined by the other two Turismo Veloce and the two Rivales already in service at the “Nibbio” motorcyclist department of the General Prevention and Public Rescue Office of the Police Headquarters active on the streets of Milano.

A fleet increased by other examples of the Varese brand supplied to the police and in service to protect public safety and order.
Collaboration between MV Agusta , Milan's police headquarters allows for an expansion of the "Nibbio" department and greater control in the Milanese context, also speeding up travel.

The Turismo Veloce model features various technical solutions that make it functional in everyday mobility, already considering the side bags with a load capacity of over 60 litres, being able to store an emergency kit and the standard machine gun. Also interesting is the autonomy linked to a large 21,5 liter tank, allowing, according to the indications, a distance of more than 300 km on a full tank. The heart of the vehicle is a three-cylinder MV Agusta with a counter-rotating crankshaft that can release 110 horses at 10.150 rpm and a pair of 80 Nm at 7.100 rpm. The weight factor is also interesting, one of the aspects considered by the policemen of the "Nibbio" motorcycle department: 199 kg dry (in the civilian version). Also highlighted is the SCS "Smart Clutch System" technology which allows automatic clutch management, as mentioned.

The delivery took place during an official event in the internal courtyard of the Milan Police Headquarters, in the presence of the Milan Police Commissioner Cav. Giuseppe Petronzi and Timur Sardarov, CEO of MV Agusta Motor SpA Among those present also the driver Simone Corsi, in force with the Gruppo Sportivo Fiamme Oro together with the MV Agusta F2 of the Forward Racing Team with a characteristic livery that recalls the colors of the State Police .
