Design

The color contrasts enhance the aerodynamic features of the motorbike. A sophisticated, streamlined and advanced sports naked with functional solutions for safety and performance, as well as an exclusive racing kits which further amplifies the concept.
The yellow details associated with the superstructures developed in carbon and in particular the forged rear wheel stand out 17 inches with lenticular cover. Overall aerodynamic and sculpted shapes, reminiscent of fighter nacelles, to which we must add a new leather and Alcantara saddle.

Technology and electronics

The evolutions in the set-up translate into ease of handling and control when transferring loads, as well as dampening qualities on rough edges. The motorcycle is equipped with a CrMo steel tubular trellis frame with aluminum alloy swingarm fulcrum plates and adjustable height pin. The wheelbase extends for 1.415 millimeters, the saddle is placed at 845 mm and the tank can hold 16 liters.
At the front there is a hydraulic and adjustable Öhlins Nix EC fork with 43 mm upside-down legs and TIN surface treatment. The travel on the leg axis is 120 mm. At the back there is a single-sided swingarm in aluminum alloy with a progressive suspension with an always adjustable Öhlins EC TTX monoshock. Wheel travel is 120mm.

The powerful Brembo braking system consists of a double front floating disc with radial system and four-piston Brembo Stylema® caliper, while in the rear area a steel disc, Brembo PS13 pump and two-piston caliper. Also of note is a Continental MK100 ABS with cornering function and Rear Wheel Lift-up Mitigation.
The instrument panel is of type TFT da 5,5 inches and can communicate with theMV Ride App. A system that allows customization of various aspects via a connected smartphone, together with other functions such as memorizing and sharing itineraries. Through the mirroring function you can use the dashboard as a navigator with turn by turn indications. The joystick control on the left block is also functional. Then a new one is highlighted IMU platform and traction controls and soaring FLC.

Motor

The engine has been evolved with the use of new components to reduce internal friction. The same four-exit exhaust appears to have changed in the shape of the main manifold, offering a distinctive sound. The unit falls within the limits of the regulations Euro 5.

The distribution has been renewed, introducing a new camshaft timing designed to offer functional torque at low and medium speeds, without affecting power and acceleration. The reduction of friction is also linked to the use of a DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating for the surfaces of the valve control bowls, as well as the implementation of new primary transmission gears. The transmission was then strengthened, refining reliability in particular in starts made with Launch Control. There is also a sophisticated electronic gearbox EAS 3.0 third generation equipped with a new sensor.
The power expressed by this engine gives 998 cc raggiunge 208 horses at 13.000 rpm, touching i 212 horses at 13.600 rpm keeping in mind the example with the racing kit. While the reported couple summit is 116,5 Nm at 11.000 rpm.
