The specialised farming model

A new proposal alongside the models Red Dragster, Brutal Red e Red Fast Tourism. Examples all equipped with three-cylinder units with distinctive character and characteristics and a red livery. The same one that also covers the new one F3 Red. This is visible on all superstructures, contrasting with the black color of the frame, engine and wheels.

Highlights are a redefinition of the frame plates and particular attention to the swingarm attachment area, increasing torsional and longitudinal rigidity, as reported.
This new entry model features an ALS tubular steel trellis frame and aluminum alloy swingarm pivot plates. At the front there is a 43 mm Marzocchi hydraulic upside-down fork with external adjustment system. The stroke is 125 mm. At the rear, together with a single-sided aluminum alloy swingarm, there is a progressive and adjustable Sachs monoshock with 130 mm wheel travel.
The braking system is composed of a double 320 mm floating disc at the front and a Brembo four-piston monobloc radial caliper and at the rear a two-piston Brembo caliper associated with a 220 mm steel disc. The ABS system is of the Continental MK100 type with cornering function and Rear Wheel Lift-up Mitigation (RLM). The rims are 17 inches.
The wheelbase of the motorcycle extends for 1.380 mm, the seat is placed at a height of 830 mm and the tank can hold 16,5 liters of fuel. Reported a dry weight of 173 kg.

Electronic part

The motorcycle is equipped with an instrument panel TFT da 5.5 inches to associate the application with MV Ride App. A solution through which it is possible to customize various aspects of the motorbike via smartphone and record as well as share itineraries through social contacts. With the mirroring function, navigation with turn by turn indications is also possible.
A new inertial platform has also been introduced IMU, designed by the Milanese e-Novia exclusively for MV Agusta and, as mentioned, the ABS developed by Continental has a cornering function and the TC traction control can intervene in a more targeted way by also evaluating the inclination of the bike. Additionally, with the IMU in mind, the updated FLC front lift control can handle a controlled wheelie.

Motor

The model is equipped with an advanced and powerful “Trepistoni” unit equipped with a counter-rotating shaft. A three-cylinder MV Agusta engine from 798 cc approved Euro 5, refined to reduce friction through the use of DLC treatment for the new bowls and the use of new materials for the valve guides. Titanium valves are highlighted together with redefined connecting rods, main bearings and countershaft, intensifying reliability. The exhaust system was then reshaped, ranging from the manifold to the silencer.
The maximum power is 147 horses (108 kW) at 13.000 rpm with a torque peak of 88 Nm (8,98 kgm) at 10.100 rpm. Among the interesting aspects are also innovations regarding the clutch with strengthened bell.
