KTM AG will acquire a 25,1% stake in MV Agusta

A strategic cooperation agreement was signed between MV Agusta Motor SpA e PIERER Mobility AG.
The news
As part of the strategic partnership between the two motorcycle manufacturers, KTM AG, a subsidiary of PIERER Mobility, will offer its support to MV Agusta in the supply chain area, taking over the management of the purchasing office.
It should also be noted that during November 2022, KTM AG will acquire a 25,1% stake in MV Agusta through a capital increase.
The agreement also provides for the partial distribution of the MV Agusta range through PIERER Mobility's global commercial network.
