MV Agusta and KTM AG: agreement for the distribution of MV Agusta motorcycles in Canada, USA and Mexico

Signed between MV Agusta e KTM AG, subsidiary of PIERER Mobility AG, a commercial collaboration agreement for the distribution of motorcycles produced by the Schiranna brand in Canada, the United States and Mexico.

The news

The pact is part of MV Agusta's strategic plan, promising notable growth in the coming years. KTM AG will shape a specification company, based in the United States, focused on MV Agusta operations in North America. The motorcycles of the Schiranna brand will be distributed through selected KTM AG dealers, together with the MV Agusta stores already present and others opening soon.
The agreement of multi-year duration concerns the distribution, promotion and customer service with MV Agusta models, carried out by the North American subsidiary of KTM AG.
The aim is for growth in the various North American realities considering on the one hand the history and experience of the MV Agusta brand and, on the other, the robust organization of the KTM AG Group.
