The CEO of MV Agusta Motor SpA, Timur Sardarov, underlined the achievement of objectives such as resolving financial stress and setting functional foundations for growth: “This capital injection will energize our business on all fronts, from the design, development and production of new motorcycles, to providing world-class support to all our passionate customers, to expanding our dealers network 3.0. In 2021 we expect to exceed €100M in turnover for the first time in our history, and to triple this figure within the next 3 years.”

Massimo Bordi, Vice President of MV Agusta Motor SpA, also spoke, citing the important past of MV Agusta and the appreciation for the brand's achievements, adding: “We have finally created the conditions to allow MV Agusta to write a new chapter in the history of motorcycling.”
Since the Sardarov family became the sole shareholder of the company, since 2019 as mentioned, over 150 million euros have been injected to finance MV Agusta's activities and develop functional investments for the new industrial plan.
