MV Agusta Motor e Loncin Motor Co., Ltd., have signed a long-term agreement aimed at the creation of new branded products MV Agusta with displacements 350-500 cc. The industrial phase carried out in partnerships.

Cooperation

Based on what has been indicated, the pact is strategic and concerns four new models immediately recognizable from a stylistic and engineering point of view, according to the tradition of Schiranna. The vehicles will be fully studied by the Italian manufacturer, while in the “industrial phase” the Chinese giant is busy Loncin, leader in Asia for the production of two-wheeled vehicles.
The two companies, again referring to the press release dedicated to the agreement, underline that this collaboration is not limited to the sole creation of this new family of models 350-500cc, but includes a helping of MV Agusta that allows a Loncin to enter the premium segment 800 cc. Through its own research and development center CRC, the brand of Schiranna will support Loncin in the creation of a new range of products for FOLLOW, a high-end brand from the Asian giant, on the medium and large displacement side.
The strategic agreement therefore allows: MV Agusta to expand the “product portfolio”, consequently strengthening its presence. “An important step in the implementation of MV Agusta's accelerated growth plan” stands out again on this occasion, allowing wider access to the brand which would potentially translate into a more substantial turnover, affecting the entire production. The new specimens “smaller and more accessible” are available at points of sale from the end of 2021, always taking what is indicated.
