Moto Guzzi V85 TT: how it's made

The Guzzi wind tunnel is the cradle in which it is possible to admire a motorcycle that deviates greatly from tradition and marks a new beginning, while maintaining some cornerstones such as construction quality and the desire to be a protagonist that have always distinguished Guzzi products . The V85, which will effectively replace the larger Stelvio (which left the price lists some time ago), is a motorbike dedicated to those who want to do some touring and don't disdain some dirt roads, with a nice 850 CC and 80 HP engine made with the classic scheme transverse V-twin (a trademark for Guzzi). The frame is completely new, made of steel tubes, with a new engine anchoring system designed specifically to ensure that the two souls of the motorbike (road and enduro) can coexist as best as possible and can give the rider the sensation of having a suitable vehicle to satisfy your requests and the necessary driving style. At first glance, the solid line is striking, but at the same time very linear, with dimensions that are not too generous. Engine, windshield and driving position invite you to clock up the kilometres, while the asymmetrical swingarm underlines the attention paid to aesthetic details, but also functional ones, because it allows the side exhaust to be perfectly integrated while reducing overall dimensions. The right arm is connected directly to the frame via the monoshock. The fork has plenty of travel to facilitate use in offroad mode and the engine is well protected by the fairing below. The design of the headlights and grip covers is beautiful and the color is also spot on, with that almost scrambler look.
