Technology, new rims with tubeless tires and a performance heart

The aesthetics of Moto Guzzi V85 TT combines classic and contemporary features. A “classic enduro” which attracted a lot of attention right from its debut.
They stand out new spoked rims with tubeless tyres, for a reported weight saving of approximately 1,5kg.

Moving on to electronic systems, two new ones are mentioned Riding Modes, a Sport aimed at enthusiasts of a more lively and customizable ride Custom, added to the three Street, Rain, Off-road already present, considering the management of the traction control, the ABS and the prompt response linked to the Ride-by-Wire control. The instrumentation is TFT color and a cruise control is also listed. Through Moto Guzzi MIA, the multimedia platform present as an optional in the rich catalog of dedicated accessories, it is possible to connect the smartphone to the vehicle.

For 2021 the update also concerns the engine, confirming the typical and connotative construction scheme of Moto Guzzi. The 90° transverse V-twin it is air-cooled, with a rod and rocker arm distribution with two valves per cylinder, the intake ones in titanium, as indicated. There pair now it turns out richer at low and medium revs through an optimized lift law of the cams of the pushrod and rocker arm distribution and an adaptation of the engine control electronics, according to the information.
