Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello Aviazione Navale: an example of distinction

The new range of Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello it is composed of variants distinguishable by content and tone. The Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello has high-level contents and is offered in the Polar White and Magma Red colours, while the Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello S, which presents a more marked technical and technological equipment, is covered in Verde 2121 and Grigio Avanguardia.
La Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello Naval Aviation, as mentioned, is a limited and numbered edition of 1913 copies. An exclusive series with a look reminiscent of that of the F-35B fighters supplied to the Navy. The details include the insignia on the sides of the fairing, the connotative jet intake stripes that indicate the air intakes of the aircraft, the low visibility tricolor cockade on the sides of the tank, the Gruppo Aerei Embarcati logo and the Naval Aviation coat of arms .

Each Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello model is animated by a 1.042 cm³ compact block engine with a 90° transverse V architecture. The power reaches altitude 115 horses and the couple 105 Nm, of which 82% already from 3.500 rpm.
The design is the result of a fusion between references to the manufacturing tradition of the historic brand and innovative and sophisticated concepts, including the adoption of adaptive aerodynamics present for the first time on a two-wheeled model.
Among the solutions included in the Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello S proposal, we also mention the semi-active Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 suspension. The Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello Aviazione Navale features heated grips and a TPMS tire pressure sensor. The serial number is laser engraved on the handlebar riser and comes with a commemorative plaque and a motorcycle cover.
A project possible thanks to Difesa Servizi SpA, an in-house company of the Ministry of Defense which deals with the valorisation of the Dicastery's assets. The Company has granted the use of the “Aviazione Navale” brand to Moto Guzzi for the definition of the exclusive version.
The expected number of specimens recalls the year of foundation of the air component of the Navy, dating back to 1913.
