Moto Guzzi: actor Ewan McGregor's passion for the historic brand and the V100 Mandello

In the new campaign film Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello, proposed by Moto Guzzi Official, the well-known actor is the protagonist Ewan McGregor. A great two-wheel enthusiast, who talks about his passion for this brand in a video shot in various parts of California and directed by director Duncan Winecoff.

A strong attachment projected forward

Turned on 35mm film, the video that recalls the golden age of Hollywood also highlights the badge Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello, thanks to the visual effects offered by photography that refers to traditional cinema and contemporary art, within interesting locations such as Eric Lloyd Wright's brutalist house in Malibu, the LA River, the Second Street Tunnel in downtown Los Angeles, the desert spaces in Lancaster and the Pacific Coast Highway.

The bond between man and motorcycle emerges along the 60 seconds of the film, accompanied by the voice of McGregor who is a profound connoisseur and collector of motorcycles and a Moto Guzzi enthusiast, as mentioned. All the historical specimens visible in the film come from his personal collection and, at his suggestion, became an integral part of the film.

Spanning between past and present an identity takes shape, also considering the objects and memories that represent baggage that projects towards tomorrow.

The V100 Mandello model represents the new culmination of a history of construction development spanning over one hundred years, a model oriented towards the future, defined on a profound experience accumulated over time.
