Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance: the Eagle legend returns to the track

Moto Guzzi returns to the track and does so in style by organizing, together with the Italian Motorcycle Federation, the trophy Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance. It will be a completely new trophy, a real championship dedicated to couples of friends who want to test themselves on the curbs, savoring the legendary atmosphere of the most classic races, riding a Moto Guzzi V7 Stone. There are five events on the track: starting from Varano on 14 April and then continuing on the slopes of Vallelunga (19 May), Magione (23 June), Adria (1 September) and arriving at the grand finale in Misano on 13 October.

The Moto Guzzi V7 Stone becomes a pistol

The transformation from the Moto Guzzi V7 Stone to the track version is possible thanks to the Racing Kit developed by Guareschi Moto, an appreciated Moto Guzzi preparer also in the sporting sector. To take to the track, the motorbike must be fitted with this kit which - in addition to safety devices including, for example, underpan and protection of the front brake lever - includes a package of functional and aesthetic modifications. These include the front fairing, handlebars, complete exhaust system, raised footrests, side panels, solo seat and rear mudguard, number plates, front suspension cartridge kit and rear shock absorbers. The equipment is completed by a specific mapping of the engine control unit and dedicated front brake pads. The cost of the kit, which can be purchased from the Moto Guzzi sales network or directly from the Guareschi Moto dealership, is 3.330 euros plus VAT. The installation of the kit can be carried out independently or managed by the Moto Guzzi sales network. Thanks to the collaboration with Pirelli, the sole supplier of the Trophy, the kit also includes the first set of Phantom Sportscomp RS tyres, a racing tire developed specifically for the Moto Guzzi V7 III Stone: a high-performance tire that can be used throughout a weekend of competition. Moto Guzzi will also offer all teams that register a special discount on the purchase of a new Moto Guzzi V7 III Stone to participate in the Trophy.

Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance Trophy: how much it costs

From February 1st to March 31st 2019 it is possible to register for the entire championship at the discounted cost of 1250 euros per team. Alternatively, it is possible to register for individual races at a cost of 350 Euros per team. To participate in the Trophy it is necessary to be an FMI member and to be in possession of a speed racing license (or off-road vehicle with speed extension).
